As a trained and certified master life coach, along with my intuitive abilities, I will provide individualized guidance for personal and professional development.
My life coaching will help you become aware of and to release patterns and beliefs that are keeping you from living your best life. I will help you identify unfulfilled needs and bring forward clear direction through practices that reestablish a connection towards your goals.
During all sessions you will be guided to look deep inside to reconnect with yourself in a supported partnership, we will uncover what is needed to release to move forward with a plan for accessing success in future endeavors.
Life coaching is not psychotherapy. Life coaching aims to motivate, offer emotional support and create confidence. Life coaching focuses on creating a new life path in order to achieve goals.
To begin, please contact me. Life coaching requires a specific time commitment on your part. My questionnaires and homework are lengthy and need your priority and focus as you do the work to achieve your goals. Typically, we will have two 50 minute sessions via online or by phone every other week. You will have homework after every session. Charges will vary according to your needs at my current hourly rate with a minimum of 2 sessions.
