November the heavyweights of the zodiac Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto in Capricorn, unite to help prod change. With the energy of Uranus in Taurus and fiery Mars in Aries things are going to be shaken, not stirred, as they all drive changes for our benefit and progression. This speaks to a Biden-Harris win. But it will not go down without a fight—a big fight—that starts in the middle of November.


November 12th, Jupiter conjoins Pluto in Capricorn that bring extreme ambition for gaining power to the point of being avaricious. With this conjunction we are called to dream big to manifest. November 13th, Mars, in Aries, its domicile, adds energy and fire to a sense of “us against them” and a time for stand-offs and showdowns. The three planet stellium in Capricorn indicates a potential for political change. With this stellium of Jupiter, Pluto, and Saturn, square to Moon, Mercury and Venus in Libra there is a need to get back to a state of equilibrium in our economy, health systems, trade, and other systems. November 10th, Mercury moves into deep and mysterious, life and death Scorpio. Here the superficial and fake will be peeled away. Will this be the end of the election results? We shall see.

Terms of Service Agreement & Disclaimer

By booking or requesting any service, reading, appointment, class, mentoring, lecture, or workshop with Anne (a.k.a. Annie) Larson, you fully understand and agree to the following legally binding terms:

 

1. Professional Disclaimer & Accuracy

  • Not Professional Advice: Anne Larson is not a medical professional, attorney, accountant, or licensed professional. Her services do not replace medical, psychological, legal, tax, or financial advice.

  • Entertainment Purposes Only: 100% accuracy is not guaranteed. All consultations, communications, and information are strictly for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes.

  • Personal Responsibility: You possess free will. You are entirely responsible for your own life choices, decisions, and actions, regardless of any interpretation of the information provided.

 

2. Liability & Indemnification

  • Limitation of Liability: Anne Larson is not liable for any damages (actual, incidental, or consequential) resulting from your session, your use of this website, or any actions you take afterward. This includes personal injury, death, emotional stress, loss of income, errors, or omissions.

  • Hold Harmless: You agree to completely indemnify and hold harmless Anne Larson, her heirs, relatives, agents, or assignees in perpetuity against any and all claims.

 

3. Cancellations, Refunds, & Scheduling

  • All Sales Final: ALL SERVICES YOU BOOK ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. All sales are final.

  • 48-Hour Rescheduling Notice: You must give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so results in the forfeiture of your session and fee without a refund.

  • Waiver of Chargebacks: You explicitly agree that you will not initiate, request, or pursue a credit card chargeback, dispute, or reversal of fees with your financial institution or card issuer for any individual session that has been completed, or for any session forfeited under the established 48-hour cancellation policy. You agree that any disputes must be resolved directly with Anne Larson.

  • Charge for No-Shows: No-shows (failing to show up or answer at the scheduled appointment time) will be treated as a late cancellation. Your session will be immediately forfeited without a refund, and no makeup session will be provided.

  • Classes & Mentoring: Class dates are fixed like a concert or college course. If you miss a class or mentoring session, no makeup dates will be offered, and you forfeit any money paid.

  • Format Changes: All sessions and classes may be switched to phone or virtual formats due to unforeseen events like illness (e.g., Covid-19) or inclement weather.

  • Technical Issues: Anne Larson is not responsible for your internet/computer issues, or for incorrect phone numbers and email addresses provided by you.

 

4. Code of Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

  • One-on-One Rule: Sessions are strictly private unless booked otherwise. No unapproved guests may be present unless everyone present has paid for their own session.

  • Right to Terminate: Anne Larson reserves the right to refuse service, cancel an appointment, or terminate a session or class at any time, at her sole discretion, if a client exhibits disruptive, disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

 

5. Intellectual Property & Recording Limits

  • No Unauthorized Sharing: You may not record, publish, display, distribute, use, or archive any oral or written materials, training content, photos, or course materials without express written consent from Anne Larson. 

  • Personal Recording Policy: You may not record audio or video of your private session for any reason without explicit verbal permission from Anne Larson at the start of the appointment.

  • Audio/Video Recording Explicit Ban: Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or public posting of any recorded session material on social media or public platforms is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright and privacy. Anne Larson reserves the right to seek legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, for any unauthorized use of her likeness, voice, or materials.

 

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Data Security: Any personal details, contact information, or sensitive context shared during a session is kept confidential and will never be shared or sold, except as required by law.

 

7. Legal Jurisdiction, Eligibility, & Severability

  • Age Requirement: You certify that you are at least 18 years old.

  • Governing Law: This contract is under the jurisdiction of the laws of Loudoun County, Virginia. All legal proceedings shall be conducted in Loudoun County, Virginia.

  • Severability Clause: If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

  • Policy Updates: These terms can change at any time without notice at Anne Larson's sole discretion, becoming effective immediately upon public posting.
