Terms of Service Agreement and Disclaimer

By requesting a reading and/or scheduling an appointment or class with Anne (a.k.a. Annie) Larson, you understand and agree that Anne Larson is not a medical professional, attorney, accountant or other licensed professional, and can not give medical, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Any information presented in a session is not meant to replace any psychological, legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, treatments, or services. One hundred percent accuracy is not guaranteed and that any information, communications, and/or consultations are for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only. You have free will to make decisions and are always free to make your own choices, regardless of the interpretation of the information. Anne Larson will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or as a result of any reading, session, appointment, class, or workshop with Anne Larson, or any persons or events related thereto, and/or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Anne Larson, her heirs, relatives, agents, or assignees in perpetuity. All sessions are for one-on-one, unless otherwise booked, and you agree that you will not have other people present unless everyone present has paid for their own individual session. You further agree that Anne Larson is not responsible for your computer or internet issues; mistyped or errors in email address and telephone number; and other forms of communication related to accessing telephone and online sessions and classes. With less than 48 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment, you agreed to forfeit your session without a refund or the ability to reschedule to another date and time. Like a college course or concert, when you sign up for any classes or mentoring the dates and times have been set aside for you. If you miss your class or mentoring, no other dates and times will be offered, and you forfeit any money paid. All sessions and classes may become via phone or virtually online because of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness (e.g., Covid 19), or inclement weather. You agree you will not publish, display, use, share, distribute, record and/or archive any oral or written materials, photos, content, training course materials, etc., without express written consent from Anne Larson. This agreement shall be under the jurisdiction of the laws of Loudoun County, Virginia; therefore, all legal proceedings shall be conducted in Loudoun County, Virginia. At any time, and at Anne Larson's sole discretion, these Terms of Service Agreement and Disclaimer may be changed without notice. Modifications will be effective immediately upon public posting. You agree that you are at least 18 years old, and that you have had the chance and have taken time to ask any questions; and you fully understand and of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal contract per this Terms of Service Agreement and Disclaimer anytime you book with Anne Larson; and that you further understand and agree to ALL SERVICES YOU BOOK ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All sales are final.
