Enjoy a one-on-one, deeply relaxing meditation as you are led through memories of past lives or incarnations. Or you may choose to have a session to heal your inner child by indicating inner child in the message area. These regressions will allow your imagination to participate in the creative process that gives meaning to each moment of awareness. Using hypnosis, coupled with Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep), and meditation you will be able to access deep emotional healing. After your session, you will leave feeling relaxed and ready to continue your day. ​Please wear comfortable clothes, use an eye cover (optional), and have a journal/pen to write down your memories that come up during regression.
